The InstallShield® wizard begins installing the WIDCOMM Bluetooth software. When the file has been downloaded, double-click on it to run the setup program. When you are prompted to either run or save the file, click Save. If you have a plug-in USB Bluetooth wireless adapter, verify that it is plugged into your computer, before you start the download. If your computer has an embedded Bluetooth wireless adapter, verify that Bluetooth is turned on.
We can also enter a list of friendly names or devices addresses giving them access permission to our computer. BTW supports device level security such as encryption, authorization and authentication, bonding and pairing. The products which are able to interoperate with BTW are all WIDCOMM products, BTW devices, BlueGate, BlueConnect module for the Handspring Visor, BTW-CE devices running on iPAQ, Network Access Points (NAP), and Jornada.
